THE BAND
SOULFLIP was launched in Lausanne, Switzerland in 2014. The band offer dancing live shows in their own genre, called « Deep Bass Electro Swing »

What is the objective of SOULFLIP? Get you moving! The recipe used? Take a section of 2-3 powerful horns (sax, trombone, trumpet) accompanied by a DJ with heavy basses; season this with the energy of live charleston dancing; sprinkle it all with a combo of stage show. Finally add the singer who will delight you with her sensual voice, and you get a cocktail between the explosiveness of electro-swing and the strong stage presence of the musicians!

The band now offers different formats, ranging from 3 to 5 musicians on stage, and when needed 1-2 other members behind the scene.

Noé Macary, co-founder of the band 10 years ago, is actively involved in the composition of SOULFLIP's productions but no longer on stage.
​
Regarding technical aspects, SOULFLIP works with Orson Gremaud as lighting engineer and Francisco Llagostera as sound designer.

Band founder and leader. DJ, prod/guitar, vocals, charleston dance/live drums.
Camilo Morales
Trumpet
Eclectic trumpeter. Active in many styles, e.g. with Skampida or Transatlanticos (Electrocumbe).
Sylvie Klijn
Singer
Moving singer. Composer and lead also for her Latin jazz trio Vagalumes and her duo OXEON.
Ross Butcher
Trombone
Activist trombonist since 2011, also with the Swiss band Kadebostany. Eclectic.
Dawn of Lisleferme
Sax / percs
Saxophonist and percussionist.
Also plays in W.C.P. We came to play and the Bigband of Dardagny.
